Togi Pangaribuan specializes in dispute resolution, arbitration, anti-corruption/compliance and corporate investigation, and general corporate matters. He has almost 10 years of experience working in 2 international law firms in Jakarta and was seconded to the Singapore office of one of the firms.
Once, he worked as a mediator in the Small Claims Sessions at the Quincy
District Court in Massachusetts while pursuing his master’s degree.
He is also a lecturer at the University of Indonesia Law School teaching
economic law. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association and a
member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He obtained his bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Law) from the University of Indonesia and his master’s degree (LL.M) from Harvard Law School.
He has also worked for President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Office
of the Special Staff for Foreign Affairs and President Joko Widodo at the
